RAFAEL GONZALEZ
CEO

Environmental Engineer and master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Technology at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). For over 10 years, he has been working in the capture and management of projects in the area of renewable energy. He participated in the development of the Business Plan and structuring of the International Center for Renewable Energies, CIBiogás, in 2012. In 2016 he assumed the Technological Development Directorate and in 2020 he assumed the Presidency Directorship of CIBiogás, conducting strategic projects and business consolidation. He is currently a member of the Brazilian Association of Biogas (ABiogás) and of the Board of Directors of the GEF/Brasil – Biogás Project (Applications of Biogas in Brazilian Agroindustry).

MICHELLI FREGNANI
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Administrator graduated from UNIOESTE in 2008, with an EXECUTIVE MBA in Business Strategies (2011), Project Management (2013) and Certification in Professional Project Management by PMI and SCRUM Foundation by CertiProf. She was a Project Analyst at Prati Donaduzzi, and is currently Financial Administrative Director at CIBiogás.

FELIPE SOUZA MARQUES
DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT

Environmental Engineer from Faculdade Uniamérica (2005). Master in Geography, Environment and Development from the State University of Londrina (2009). Specialist in Environmental Management, with an MBA in Project Management. He has experience in market and business management with a focus on biogas and biomethane. He is Project Coordinator at UNIDO. Between 2014 and 2016, he headed the company Bioplan Engenharia LTDA, focused on energy sustainability from Biogas. Worked as a researcher in Biogas from Sewage Treatment Plants and Sanitary Landfills at ITAI. He was Manager in the areas of Business, Engineering and Technology & Innovation. In 2020 he assumed the Technological Development Directorate of CIBiogás.
